1 lb. Ground Pork
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1/4 Cup Corn Flake Crumbs
1/4 Cup Olives (chopped)
1/4 Cup Water Chestnuts (shopped)
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 Cup Onion (chopped)
1 Egg

8 - 12 Slices Bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except bacon; mix well. Shape into 24 rolls about 2 1/2 " long.
Wrap each roll with slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

Place on rack and bake at 400º for about 20 mins. or until pork is done and bacon is crisp.
