Salt
1/3 Cup Water
1 Egg White
1 Cup Nuts (finely chopped)

40 Saltine Crackers
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, water, and salt. Boil to soft ball stage (236º). Beat egg white, then pour hot mixture slowly over egg white, beating constantly. Beat until really stiff. Pile on crackers. Sprinkle with nuts.

Brown in slow oven (325º).
