1 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp. flour
2½ cup milk
2 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
1½ cup water
1 tbsp. beef bouillon
2¼ cup shredded cheese
5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
In a 6-qt stock pot cook beef, onion and pepper until beef no longer pink. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Stir in flour until blended.

Gradually stir in milk, Add potatoes, water and bouillon; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Add cheese and bacon; stir until melted.
