2 Cups Water

3 Cups Broth (reserved from above)
1 tsp Salt

1 Cup Corn Meal
1/4 Cup Flour
1 Cup Cold Water

Directions:
Directions:
Cover meats with water and bake slowly. Cook enough of the three meats to make at least 3 cups. Cool then grind coarse.

Skim grease from broth. Put 3 cups of broth in large sauce pan and cook until hot. Add 1 1/2 - 2 . cups meat and 1 tsp salt to broth. Stir corn meal, flour, and 1 cup cold water together in a small bowl then add to hot broth. Cook until thick.

Pour into loaf pans and let cool. When set wrap in Saran Wrap and aluminum foil.

Slice and fry in oil.
