1/3 Cup Macaroni
Salt
1/4 Cup Frozen Peas
1/8 Cup Carrots (chunked)
1 tsp Onion Flakes
1 Can Tuna (drained)
2 Tbl Miracle Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Cover macaroni with salted water and cook until almost done. Add frozen peas, carrots, and onion flakes. Cook until soft. Drain water off. Add tuna and Miracle Whip and stir well.

This recipe is good served hot or cold. I like my peas and carrots crunchy so I add at last minute and don't cook too long. This is a Weight Watchers recipe and I always ate it with carrot sticks so I began just adding them to the mix. This is just one serving according to Weight Watchers but it makes enough for at least two people.
