2 packages yeast
2 c. water (110* - 115*)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 t. salt
2 eggs
8 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Add sugar, shortening, salt, eggs and 3 c. of flour. Mix well until it sheets from spoon. Add remaining flour a little at a time to make soft dough. Knead and let rise. Punch down - rise again. Punch down and make into rolls or cinnamon buns. Rise until double. Bake at 375*
