10 slices rye bread, cubed
12 oz. can corned beef, shredded
2 1/2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
6 eggs, beaten
3 cups milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 small can sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry

Directions:
Directions:
In a greased 9x13 inch baking pan, layer bread cubes, cheese and sauerkraut. In a bowl combine eggs, milk and pepper. Pour egg mixture over layered ingredients in baking dish. Cover and refrigerated overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
