4 eggs, beaten
1 cup oil
3 cups sugar
1 qt. buttermilk
15 oz. pkg. Raisin Bran
5 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl beat together eggs, oil, sugar and buttermilk. Stir in Raisin Bran. In another bowl sift together flour, salt and baking soda. Stir dry ingredients into egg and Raisin Bran mixture. Batter may be stored up to six weeks in refrigerator and baked as needed. To bake a batch, fill greased muffin tins half full and bake at 350 degrees F. for about 20 minutes.
