2 ripe Avocados
1/2 each seedless (English) cucumber
1 small jalapeno, finely diced
2 T. sour cream
1 T. hot sauce
4 c. cold water
4 T. fresh lime juice
1/2 c. fresh cilantro, rough chopped
salt and white pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender, puree until smooth, creamy consistency. If too thick, add more cold water. Adjust taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Serve in shot glass. Garnish with a swirl of sour cream and cilantro leaf.
