2 T. Oil
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 medium Jalapeno, chopped
2 cloves Garlic
2 Cans Stewed Tomatoes
1 can Tomato Soup
1 can Chicken Broth
1 can Beef Broth
1-1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can chicken (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Add 2 T. vegetable oil to pot and heat until simmering. Add onions and saute until they start to soften. Add chopped Jalapeno and Garlic and continue to saute. Do not burn the garlic. Saute until onions are transluscent.
Add remaining ingredients. Heat until boiling.
Lower heat and simmer for 1 hour.
Serving
Place tortilla chips in bowl and ladle soup over chips. Garnish with grated cheese, fresh onions, cilantro, sliced or diced avocado.

Optionally use a can of Rotel as the base for this soup and eliminate the fresh vegetables and one can of tomatoes.
