Crust:
3 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup cold butter (2 sticks)

Filling:
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. corn syrup
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
2 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:

Crust:
In large bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt. Cut butter in until crumbly. Press onto bottom and sides of greased 15 X 10 pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350º, until crust edges are browning.

Filling:
Combine eggs, sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla. Stir in pecans. Pour over baked crust. Bake an additional 30 minutes. Cool on wire rack and refrigerate until serving.
