1 can Green Giant asparagus spears
2 or 3 boiled eggs
3 slices toasted bread
grated cheese for 2 layers
bread slices cut up for top (Not toasted)
butter

White Sauce:
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of white pepper
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Layer asparagus, eggs, white sauce, cheese and bread. Repeat ending with cut bread dotted with butter. Bake at 350" for 30 minutes. Should bubble in middle.

White Sauce directions:
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour, salt, and pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook quickly, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles.
