3 loves Syrian Bread (stale preferred)
1 bunch scallions
1 bunch parsley (chopped)
2 cucumbers
Fresh mint chopped (to taste) or 2 tbsp dried mint
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice of 2 or 3 lemons (to taste)
¼ cup olive oil

Break hard bread into bite size pieces. Cut all vegetables into small pieces. Carefully mix vegetables with bread in salad bowl. Add salt, pepper. Lemon juice and oil and mix well.
