1 1/2 lbs lamb coarsely ground
1/2 cup rice, washed
2 1/2 lbs. cabbage
1/2 lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
mint if desired
2 tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Wilt cabbage in boiling water and vinegar separating each leaf.

Mix meat, rice, salt, pepper and mint. Cut cabbage leaves in half. Stuff each leave with mixture and roll into small rolls. Place in pan in rows. Add 2 cloves of garlic and wager to cover.

Cook for 40 minutes or until tender. Add lemon juice and serve.
