Small bundle lamb meat
5 medium goosa
Salt
Pepper
Handful of rice
1 garlic clove (extra-large)
½ to ¾ can tomato paste
Mint leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Take seeds out of goosa
Clean well (with brush)
Rinse with salt water
Clean rice
Grind meat course
Combine rice and meat, add salt and pepper
Stuff goosa
Put in covered sauce pot
Mix tomato paste and water to cover goosa
When it starts boiling smash garlic with salt and add to goosa and mix in
Add mint leaves
Cook until tender, about 45 mins to 1 hr.
