4 cups whole milk
2 whole eggs and 2 yolks
2 egg whites
4 tbsp corn starch
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 box vanilla wafers
4 bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Wisk sugar and eggs together until creamy add milk and corn starch. Pour in large microwave container and cook 8 minutes. Stir and return to microwave and stir every minute or so until thickened. May take up to 15 minutes. Mixture will double in size while cooking so make sure you have a LARGE container.

Place wafers, bananas and pudding in layers in serving bowl.
Beat 2 egg whites until fluffy and spread on top. You can put in oven until whites are beginning to turn brown.
