Ingredients:  
3 lbs. of potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced (be sure to slice thin or they won't cook well and be too hard)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1-2 cups cooked ham
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place the thinly sliced potatoes in the crock pot. In a medium bowl, mix together the shredded cheese, onion and ham. Mix with potatoes in the crock pot. Using the same bowl, mix together the soup and water. Season with the garlic powder, salt and pepper. Pour evenly over the potato mixture. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
