1 pkg. Casino Monterrey Jack cheese grated
1 bunch green onions
Mayonnaise to bind
6 Tomatoes
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all but tomatoes. Slice tops off tomatoes and put cheese mixture on them. Broil until bubbly. If tomatoes are too hard (winter tomatoes), bake them for about 20 minutes at 325 degrees before putting on cheese.
