large simmering steaks like sirloin or round.
flour
salt and pepper
1 can consomme soup
1/2 can water
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp mustard
1 onion chopped or sliced
mushrooms
1/2 can of petite cut tomatoes if desired
Directions:
Directions:
cut steak into strips or pieces.
sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper
Fry in oil in a deep or large frying pan
Reduce heat and add all ingredients
Simmer 30-40 mins until meat is tender.

Thicken sauce with 1 tbsp cornstarch and 3 tbsp water if needed

Serve with rice
