1 1/2 lb hamburger
1 lb mozzarella cheese
2 lb cottage cheese
1/2 lb pepperoni
2 eggs
1/4 box lasagna noodles
1 pkg spaghetti sauce mix
1 can tomato sauce
2 cans spaghetti sauce
1 can mushrooms
spices - oregano, Italian spice, seasoning salt, chili pepper, basil

Directions:

1. Brown the meat, then drain off any excess fat.
2. Slice the pepperoni in small pieces. Add to the hamburger.
3. To this add the mushrooms, spaghetti sauce, spaghetti sauce mix, tomato sauce. Mix well.
4. Then add spices to taste.
5. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 2 hours.
6. Cook noodles in salt water until tender. Drain excess water, set aside.
7. In medium bowl, mix cottage cheese and eggs. Set aside.
8. Slice mozzarella cheese set aside.
9. After two hours, get large cake pan. Put the meat, and sauce mix on the bottom.
10. Next add the noodles, then cottage cheese mix and finally the mozzarella cheese to make four layers.
11. Bake in 350º oven 1 and 1/2 hours.
