1 cup uncooked rolled oats
1/2 cup flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter

Filling:
3 cups rhubard, diced and unpeeled
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1 tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Butter an 8x8 pan. Mix oats, flour, sugar. Cut butter into small pieces. Mixture should be crumbly. Place half of the mixture. Mix rhubarb filling and spread over crumb mixture topping. Top with remaining topping. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
