1 stick margarine
1 small onion, chopped
2 cups Pepperidge Farm Cornbread Stuffing
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup canned milk
1 fryer or chicken parts, cooked and deboned
1 cup chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in melted margarine for a few minutes. Add stuffing, soup, and milk, mixing well. Put half of mixture in bottom of casserole. Lay chicken on top. Pour on broth. Put remainder of mixture on top. Pour on broth. Bake in 8x8 casserole at 450' for 30 to 40 minutes. Freezes well.
