2 Boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 (11 Oz) can Mexi-Corn
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup cheese
3 jalapeno peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Pour into lightly greased pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 400', then reduce heat to 350 for 15 to 20 minutes more.
