1 pound loaf sliced bread
1 can Cherry Pie Filling
4 eggs
1 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups Milk


Directions:
Directions:
1 pound loaf sliced bread; butter each piece. Cut into cubes. Spread out into baking pan. Place can of cherry pie filling in colander and rinse away filling. Set aside to dry before adding to bread . Beat together 4 eggs, 1cup sugar, 1tablespoon Cinnamon, 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 1/4 teaspoon salt. Heat 3 cups milk to ALMOST boiling and pour into egg mixture. Beat until mixed. Pour egg/milk mixture onto bread and cherries. Let stand 30 minutes before baking to absorb liquid. Bake at 350º Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
