2 1/2lb. Lean pork, cut into 1 in.cubes
2 1/2 lean Veal, cut into 1 in.cubes
3-4 eggs
Bread crumbs
Salt
Wooded candy sticks
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
On each wooden stick, put a piece of pork, then Veal alternating until stick is full.
Salt to taste. Place beaten eggs,flour,and crumbs in separate ,shallow pans. Roll each stick in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs,until well coated.
Fry each stick in about 1 in.of oil, until lightly brown on each side.
Remove from frying pan and place on cookie sheet. Save drippings to make gravy.
Bake at 350º for about 1 hr.
