1 # sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1/4 C butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 C brown sugar
1/4 C sugar

Topping:
1/4 C butter
3/4 C brown sugar
3 T. flour
1/2 C chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Cook, peel and mash the sweet potatoes. Add remaining ingredients, and whip together. Put in a buttered casserole dish.

Put topping ingredients in a bowl and stir together. Crumble and sprinkle on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake for 30" Recipe may be doubled.
