1 pound ground beef
1 garlic clove, minced
1 -1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon chili powder
1-1/2 teaspoons Hungarian paprika
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash cayenne pepper
1-1/2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook beef and garlic over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until beef is no longer pink, breaking up beef into crumbles; drain. Stir in brown sugar and seasonings.
Add water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; Simmer 25-30 minutes or until liquid is almost evaporated.
