4 C Oatmeal
2 C flour
2 C whole wheat flour
1 C nonfat dry milk
1/2 C sugar
1 T cinnamon
2 tsp. salt
3 T baking powder
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Add 2 eggs, and 3 T oil to mix for a batch of pancakes.

Mix the nine ingredients together. Put in a sealed container, like Tupperware to store until ready to make your pancakes

Beat the eggs. Add in the oil and beat well. Alternate 2 C of the pancake mix with 1 C water to egg mixture. Drop by tablespoon or 1/4 c measure to hot griddle or pan that has been coated with oil or butter. Flip pancakes when bubbles have appeared and "popped", continue to cook until this side is lightly browned.
