1 1/2 cups self rising flour
1/2 pint whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and cream until well blended. Butter hands well and shape dough into small balls, about 3/4 inch in diameter. Place on baking sheet 1 inch apart. Bake at 425' for 10 to 12 minutes until golden. Makes 1 dozen large to 2 dozen small biscuits. These may be frozen uncooked on a cookie sheet. When frozen, remove balls from cookie sheet and store in plastic bags.
