1 lb. lard ( cut up 16 pieces in large bowl)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup boiling water
1 T. Vinegar
5 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cut lard into pieces and place in a large bowl with salt. Add one cup of boiling hot water. Whisk lard to melt. Cool. Add vinegar. Chop flour into lard. Form into 4 or 5 balls. Roll out for pie crust or tart shells. Follow pie recipe baking directions.
