2 C. raw Spanish peanuts
1 C. sugar
1/2 C. water
1/4 tsp. maple flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in fry pan and cook until water is gone (about 5 minutes). Then put on buttered cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt and put in 300º oven for 15 - 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Let stand until cool and put in glass or plastic container.
