6 Tbsp Light Olive Oil
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoonful salt
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Heat oil in cast iron skillet. Mix cornmeal, flour, and salt in mixing bowl. Separately mix buttermilk, milk and egg. Add baking powder and baking soda. Add oil to mixture and stir constantly and pour into pan. Smooth top with spatula.
