2 lg pkg Raspberry jello
2 C hot water
2 package frozen raspberries, thawed
2 cup applesauce
1/4 tsp lemon juice
TOPPING:
1 8 oz carton sour cream
1 8oz miniature marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Disolve jello in hot water. Add frozen raspberries. Mix until the berries are thawed, then add applesauce and a dash (1/4 tsp) lemon juice. Pour into a 9x13" pan and let set.

•Served with whipped cream sweetened slightly with a little salad dressing.
•OR Cut up marshmallows and mix with sour cream and let stand overnight to soften the marshmallows. Then whip and spread on Jello before serving.
