1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 Head lettuce, chopped
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can drained kidney beans
1 red onion, chopped
1 can (2.25oz) black olives, sliced
4 tomatoes, diced
1 package taco chips

Directions:
Directions:
Add taco seasoning (reserve 1T) to ground beef.

Layer salad ingredients in a bowl. Start with lettuce and end with cheese.

Cover and refrigerate.

At serving time toss with dressing and add taco chips

Make Dressing: 1/2 C Sour cream
8 oz Western French Dressing
1/4 C Chunky Salsa
1 T taco seasoning
