Ingredients:  
1 cup chocolate chip
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
1 can evaporated milk Carnation
2 cups powered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips and butter in saucepan.

Add large can evaporated milk and powdered sugar.

Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Boil 8 min and remove from heat.

Add vanilla.

Serve over ice cream or angel food cake.
