Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pint heavy cream
jars with tight lids (baby food jars work awesome)
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pour cream to fill 1/2 the jar. Shake the jar constantly until butter is formed into a soft ball in jar. The longer you shake, the better the butter forms, appx 20 minutes depending on how much you put in the jar.
Separate the 'buttermilk' from the butter. Add a pinch of salt to taste to the butter.
