1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
1 cup water
1 T oil
1 tsp cream of tartar
food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Mix oil, water, and food coloring. Combine with dry ingredients.
In a saucepan, cook over medium heat a couple minutes - until dough forms a boil.
Remove from heat; knead until smooth.
Keep in an airtight container in the fridge. It will keep for months.

NOT FOR CONSUMPTION!!!!
