120 g 4 oz Butter
120 g 4 oz Shortening
270 g 9 oz Icing Sugar
2.5 mL 1/2 tsp Vanilla
pinch Salt
1 Egg white

Directions:
Directions:
1. Start with soft butter and shortening
2. Whip butter and shortening together, and add salt
3. Beat in Icing sugar gradually and cream until light.
4. Add egg white and vanilla and beat on high speed 5 minutes,
5. reduce speed and whip out excess bubbles

Amazing not very sweet (but very fatty) icing. Great for forming roses, etc. Can be flavoured or coloured to suit
