1 cup sugar
dash of salt and nutmeg
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sour milk or buttermilk (or milk with a little vinegar)
1/2 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all of the ingredients. Roll out dough into ropes (around 6 inch long and 1/4 inch wide) on a floured surface. Twist into a pretzel. Dough can be sticky so make sure to flour your hands. Twist into a pretzel. Bake at 350º until light brown on bottom.
