1/4 c.butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 c. + 1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. baking powder
16 oz. choc. syrup

Frosting:
6 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. choc. chips
1/2 c. sm. marshmallows

Directions:
Mix top ingredients in order given. Bake in 11 x 15 greased pan for 30 mins at 350.
For frosting: bring to a boil the 1st 3 ingredients. Cook for 30 sec. more. Take off heat & add chips & marshmallows. Beat until thick & well blended. Spread on brownies.
