2-cups rhubarb cubes
1-cup sugar
1-Tbls flour
1/2-tsp cinnamon
1/2-tsp salt
3/4-cup oatmeal
3/4-cup sugar
3/4-cup flour
1/2-tsp baking soda
1/2-tsp baking powder
1/3-cup soft butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees; Cover the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish with the rhubarb; Mix together the sugar, cinnamon, and salt; Pour over rhubarb; For the crunch topping combine oatmeal, sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and butter; Mix this to a crumb stage and cover rhubarb. Bake for 40-minutes.

This recipe is from my Grandma Blessing's recipe box. It is a hit at all of the potlucks! You can substitute frozen rhubarb for fresh if you want to make in this in the winter.
