1 lb ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 c stewed tomatoes or 2 c tomato sauce
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 lb shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place ground beef, onion, salt, and pepper in the skillet. Cook and stir over moderate heat until meat is lightly browned and onion is soft. Drain grease.
Add tomatoes or tomato sauce and corn. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover skillet. Turn off heat and let stand until cheese melts.
