Chunk of mozzarella cheese
1 lb ground beef
1 lb hot Italian sausage
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. graded Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. whole milk
1/2 c. parsley
2 jars of your favorite spaghetti sauce

Cut Mozzarella cheese into small 1/4" cubes. Mix all together all remaining ingredients together except spaghetti sauce. Form in to meatballs and put a cheese cube in the middle of each meatball. Put a shallow layer of sauce in the bottom of a slow cooker. Put a layer of meatball in the cooker. Add more sauce; them more meatballs. Pour enough sauce to cover the meatballs. Cook on high for 2-2 1/2 hrs.
