2 cup flour
2½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
⅔ cup butter
⅔ cup milk

Filling:
½ lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
½ cup diced tomatoes
Salt, pepper, chili flakes and garlic to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually add milk, mixing with a fork until a ball forms. Cover and refrigerate.

Cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat cooked; drain liquid. Stir in tomatoes and seasonings.

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Roll out pastry into an 19x9 inch rectangle, cut into 3 inch squares. Place a rounded tablespoonful of filling in center of each square. Fold in half, forming triangles; crimp edges to seal. Place on greased baking sheets.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
