1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
156 ml tomato paste
796 ml spaghetti sauce
156 ml water
1 lb ricotta (500g)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 lb. (454 g) of Mozzarella cheese
lasagna noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, onions, and garlic. Add salt and pepper, tomato paste, spaghetti sauce, and water to the pan and simmer for 20 minutes. Blend ricotta with eggs and Parmesan cheese. Layer meat, noodles, cheese mix, noodles, meat and mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350 º F for 40 - 45 mins. Let stand for 10 mins.
