Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Bread
-500 grams multipurpose flour
-1/2 tbsp. salt
-50 grams sugar
-25 grams baker's yeast
-50 grams butter
-1 egg
-1/2 cup warm water
-1/2 cup warm milk

Filling
-250 grams chopped ham
-150 grams chopped bacon (cooked but soft)
-butter
-2 beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
1) Heat up water in microwave for 30 seconds, add yeast and a teaspoon of sugar, and mix. Let it rest for 7 minutes.

2) Put the flour on a flat surface, make a hole in the center. Add in yeast mix, warm milk, butter, egg, sugar, and salt. Knead until you get a soft and elastic dough (about 10 mins). Put the dough in a glass bowl and let it rest in the microwave for 30 minutes covered with a clean moist cloth.

3) On a separate bowl add the ham, bacon, and butter for the filling. Save in the fridge.

4) After the dough rises, knead, and fold until it is soft (not too long).

5) Cut the dough in 2 parts and roll each part until it is 1/4 inch thick.

6) Cut the flat circle like a pizza (first like a cross + and then like an x)

7) Add the ham/bacon mix to the widest part of the triangle and roll, closing the edges to not lose any filling.

8) Grease a tray or use wax paper, put the cachitos on it. Use the beaten eggs to paint them.

9) Bake for 10 minutes at 400 ºF, they are done once they are golden on the outside.
