1 cup corn oil
2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2-1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
4 cups apples, diced
1 cup nuts, chopped
1/3 cup butterscotch morsels
Directions:
Directions:
Cream oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Sift together dry ingredients, add to other mixture and mix well. Add apples and nuts. Pour into a 9x13" pan, lightly greased on bottom only. Sprinkle the butterscotch chips on top. Bake 60 minutes at 350º. Serve hot or cold, or with a sauce or whipped topping,.
