1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. Miracle Whip
8 oz. cr. cheese
10 hard boiled eggs, diced
1/2 med. onion, diced
1 tsp. pimentos, opt.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the hard boiled eggs, onions & pimentos. Boil until thick. Allow to cool. Add hard boiled eggs, onions & pimentos.

Sometimes I add radishes, bacon and green onions, or just any one of these. I also like to add chopped up sweet pickles and more eggs. I usually do 15 - 20 eggs. If you don't like the pickle texture you could just add a little juice if you like.
