1/2 c. Dijon-style mustard
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
hot pepper sauce (optional)

Directions:
In small bowl, combine all ingredients, chill, covered at least 1 hour.

Serve with kielbasi/sausage for dipping. Could also be used for other food, such as a pretzels.
