1 lb. unsalted butter
1 lb. plus 2 c. semisweet chocolate chips, divided
6 ozs. unsweetened chocolate
6 large eggs
3 Tbsp. instant coffee powder
2 Tbsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. flour, divided
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour a 13 x 18 pan, 1 1/2" deep.

Melt butter, 1 lb. of chocolate chips, and bitter chocolate in a double boiler.
Cool slightly. In a large bowl, stir together sugar, eggs, coffee, and vanilla. Stir in the warm chocolate mixture and cool to room temperature.

Stir together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to cooled chocolate mixture. Toss the nuts and 2 c. chocolate chips with several Tbsp. flour. Add to batter. Bake for about 30 min. Tester should come out clean.
